After your survey is ready you can start the campaign. Simply start an auto dialer campaign and select your survey as your message. As your campaign runs, Voicent Live will automatically tally the results and display them in a easy to read format with multiple graphs representing your survey campaign. Voicent Live will also automatically inform you of which contacts answered your survey and which phone numbers were answered by voicemail. From there, you can easily sort your list by answering machine responses and run the survey campaign again for those contacts, ensuring you reach everyone on your call list.
After your campaign is done you will be able to export your data into a spreadsheet file. This file will contain all of your survey data along with the corresponding contact information for each response. With this file, you can further analyze your data with the help of some third-party sites as covered on the next page.
